By installing or using this app you agree to the following terms.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer (except as permitted by law), or sublicense the app.
The app is free to use and monetized through in-app advertising. Ads may appear in reserved inline banner slots such as passive intro or footer areas, but they do not overlay, replace, or sit directly beside live remote-control buttons or primary action buttons. Ads and associated offers are provided by third parties and must be used according to their own terms.
Every feature of the app is free. The only thing sold is an optional ad-free upgrade, available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, all processed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the Google Play Store; the lifetime option is a single purchase, not a subscription. Free-trial rules and prices may vary by region. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in the Google Play Store, and restore a prior purchase from the app's paywall.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that discovery will succeed on every Wi-Fi network, that pairing will succeed on every TV firmware, or that your TV's manufacturer will not change the remote-control protocol in a way that breaks pairing. The app does its best to support the brands and protocols listed in the Play Store description; brands not listed are not supported even if they incidentally respond to our discovery code.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you have paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
See the Privacy Policy. The short version: pairing data stays encrypted on your device, analytics + crash reporting are opt-in for EEA / UK users, and Settings → Delete my data wipes the device's state in one tap.
We may update these terms when shipping a new app version. The change takes effect when you install the new version. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the revised terms.
